So a FEW YEARS ago….. I was holding on to my former company for a many different reasons.
1. I was scared of change. No one likes change.
2. I had build a BIG team and didn’t want to walk away from them.
3. I was scared to fail.
4. I had earned a voucher for an incentive trip and didn’t know if they would honor what I earned if I resigned.
5. Didn’t know how long it would take me to make the income I was making after 7.5 years.
After countless sleepless nights,pros and con lists, going over everything in my head (by myself - I didn’t tell anyone not even Steve I needed this to be MY decision). And ultimately listening to my heart. I had fallen in love with better quality products with an incredible compensation plan that rewarded everyone not just top leaders. So it happened. I did it. I joined Bellame!
So here here is a one year update
1. Change was scary.…. It was but it was also very exciting to learn new things!
2. my team was big / huge - some came. Some stayed. People had to do the best for them. I have kept most all relationships with those that stayed and I cheer them on and will always continue too.
3. I haven’t failed. From the second I joined I have win after win. Honestly still blows my mind. Promotions, flowers, trips (with airfare included).
4. My former company did NOT ever honor the voucher I had earned for my all inclusive trip. I was pretty bummed over it. But in my year I earned the Top Leader Retreat and spent a week in Florida getting pampered. AND heading to Cancun next week for the incentive trip I earned in my first 6 months!
5. In this past year with a team 1/100 of the size and in my first year. I have made more than I did with my last company after 7.5 years.
